"Lisa" was made especially for Maureen Szymanski. This petite lady stands only 5-3/4" tall. Her summer gown circa (1894) is made of silk tissue taffeta in a pale pink mauve color. This style had a very tight fitting basque (bodice) belted with silk ribbon and a buckle closure.
Silk ribbon with rosettes adorn the front edge of the oversized lace collar. A rosette covers the buckle. Fine cotton lace adds the finishing touch to the sleeves and skirt.
Her pink straw hat is trimmed with cotton lace and silk ribbon with rosettes. Her parasol has a brass handle. It is made of matching silk taffeta, ribbon and fine cotton lace.
